What are Roman Blinds?
Roman blinds are made from fabric that is designed to pleat when raised. Each fold is attached by mounting slats and connected to cords. When you raise the blind, the cords draw the slats together to create beautiful folds.
How are Roman Blinds Different to Roller Blinds?
Roller blinds are also a very popular blind and some people can get roller blinds and roman blinds a bit confused due to their similar appearance. As mentioned the roman blind fabric folds into itself making them a very neat and stylish blind. Whereas roller blinds are made of one large piece of fabric which wraps around a casing and fits within your window or door frame. Roller blinds are then rolled up and down to reach your desired level.
